Yoga Beings Terms and Conditions

• Payment to be received by the 1st of each month by setting up a rolling standing order (cash and/or cheque may be accepted but the onus is on you to pay by the 1st of each month).

• Yoga Beings classes run in tandem with school terms and therefore there will be no classes over the “school holidays”. These have already been taken into account when calculating the monthly fees, so you are NOT paying for these days.

• As well as the school holidays we have also deducted “5 extra Saturdays off” the price for the odd occasion we do not run classes. If we do run classes on these days, it means your child(ren) are getting free classes.

• The monthly payments have been calculated over a 12-month period and therefore take into account the periods we are closed. So you should NOT stop your payment when we are closed.  

• If Jo cannot teach a class and it is not in the category of “school holidays” or “the 5 extra Saturdays off” you will receive a refund for that class. The only reason you would not receive a refund for a class is if it is cancelled due to bad weather conditions (see below).  

• If a class is cancelled due to bad weather conditions NO refunds will be provided. 

• No extra free classes can be requested, no refunds for missed classes and no carry overs. 

• One month’s notice to be provided when leaving a class. 

• Late payment will incur a penalty of £10.
